DESCRIPTION OF CITYAMI's SERVICES

Whether full service or remote, every Cityami experience starts with our essential service.

If you book our full service care, simply let us know when you plan to be away, and you're set! We'll let you know how much you're expected to earn with each travel. 

If you book our remote service, we'll make sure we're in touch with your cleaning and emergency team (i.e. your handyman and plumber). We'll also make sure everything is set and ready for hosting your first guests. Once you're set up, simply let us know when you plan to be away and whether there have been any changes to your team.

Included in our essential service

Before your guest's arrival, we'll make sure they have all of the directions and instructions they need to arrive safely, check in on your apartment to make sure everything is ready for them and if you've hired our full service, we'll leave a little welcome present. 

During your guest's stay, we will be on call 24/7 to answer any questions they may have or tend to any emergencies that might arrive. We'll also send tips on events or places to see we think might interest them throughout their stay, because that's what it means to have total care! 

After your guest's stay is complete, we will make sure the apartment has a final check to make sure your home is returned in the same condition you left it. Whatever your hosting need, we're here to help!

CLEANING

Full Service: Includes hotel grade cleaning as well as essentials restocking (toilet paper, paper towels, mini soaps, mini shampoo, mini conditioner, makeup remover, and a vanity kit). Laundry service is included. Linens are available for purchase.

Remote Service: We work with Properly or basic email/sms management to coordinate cleaning with your preferred cleaner. We'll ask them to send photos so we can check everything is staged as it should be. (Note: In order to review photos, your preferred cleaner will need to have photo SMS capability.)

ERRAND SERVICE (OPTIONAL - FUll Service ONly)

Need something extra during your guest's stay? We're on it!

Errands: Includes small pick-ups and deliveries and anything else you might need.

Specialized Services: Includes licensed services such as plumbing, locksmiths, etc.
