When setting up your listing, we will need to ask you for the verification code Airbnb has sent. If you do opt to change your password, we may from time to time need you to assist us where a primary host's credentials are required.
Please include air mattresses, pull-out sofas, etc. A bunk bed would be considered 2 beds.
A toilet without a shower is considered a half (0.5) bath.

We generally recommend storing valuables off-site.
No shoes, no cooking, no fire escape access (except in emergency), etc.
Recycling must be sorted, quiet hours, etc.
We recommend a minimum 4-hour window. 5 hours for anything over 2 bedrooms. Standard check-in/out times are 3pm check-in, 11am check-out.
For best results, please take photos in landscape. Here is some additional help on making your photos great!

Note: We suggest allowing babies only if your home has been "baby-proofed". All furniture should be secured to walls, and glass and potentially toxic products should be kept out of reach.

Great! Now that we have your profile and booking process set, we have a few questions about running your Airbnb. If you need help finding a solution to any of the following questions, just let us know and we'll make sure you're set before your first guest arrives.
We recommend having at least 2 cleaners in case 1 is ever sick or otherwise unavailable.
Typical supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and new dish sponges.
We'll keep tabs on the supply levels while you are away, but recommend any supplies except mop and broom be locked away.
We highly recommend keyless. If keyless entry is to be used - we recommend using the Masterlock 5422D box (, along with MasterLock 2300D winter lubricating oil. We suggest providing a minimum of 1 key for every 2 guests. Please include as many details as possible, along with photos. The more the better.
Note: If no emergency key is available, guests may need to resort to calling a locksmith in the event of a lockout.
